Shipping
Orders are generally shipped the same day as we receive your payment.
We don't deliver to Post Office boxes but are happy to work out a price for you if a P.O box is your only option.

Delivery
Delivery to North Island metropolitan areas is usually 2 working days.
There is no delivery on Saturdays and rural areas may take an extra day.

Delivery to South Island metropolitan areas is usually 3 Working days.
There is no delivery on Saturdays and rural areas may take an extra day.

We will send you Track and Trace information when we send your order so you can follow it's progress.

Costs vary depending on the weight and size of your order - prices listed are a guide only.

Refunds and Return Policy

We will meet all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and our general rule is to replace or refund no questions asked.
An exception to this is the return of seed-filled balls that have been exposed to moisture or excessive pressure as this constitutes "misuse".

We aim to provide excellent service and endeavour to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. We welcome any input from customers that may help us improve our service.
